Phone games for team building
The Big Grab is pure cooperation: you win or lose together, and the only way to win is to say clearly what you see. A game like that suits colleagues better than games about which person in the department is most likely to fall asleep in a meeting.
The game is currently in Latvian; an English version is in progress.
Free to play right now. Sign-up needs an invite code from the host of your room.

Which game fits
A room holds three to six people. Split a larger team into groups of five or six — each group in its own room.

Good fitThe Big Grab
It is all about communication: each phone holds only part of the information, a stage lasts 70–120 seconds, and even the planning means splitting six coins as a team. Afterwards there is something to talk about — who explained clearly and who shouted “left” without context.
3–6 players · about 15–25 min
-
Good fitCurse Road
Light competition without pressure: the mini-games are physical and silly, there is nothing personal to know, and anyone knocked out plays on as a ghost. Works for colleagues who barely know each other.
3–6 players · about 15–20 min
-
Fits with conditionsFoul Play
A role-playing game for 3–6 people and half an hour. Good for teams that like acting; for quieter colleagues, having to speak in character may be uncomfortable.
3–6 players · about 20–30 min
-
Fits with conditionsGhost Manor
Every player for themselves, and a night takes up to ~13 or ~19 minutes. Works as a wind-down after a co-op game if your colleagues enjoy a gamble.
3–6 players · short night up to ~13 min, long up to ~19 min
-
Fits with conditionsMole Hunt
Bluffing and accusations are fun among friends. In a team where trust is still forming, start with a co-op game.
4–6 players · about 15–25 min
-
Fits with conditionsWhich of Us
The questions are about the people themselves, and drawing happens on selfies. That works in a team that is already friends; in a new team it may be too personal.
3–6 players · about 15–40 min
An hour after a meeting
An option for a group of up to six.
First attempt
The Big Grab at the museum on easy (120 seconds per stage), so everyone sees how it works.
Second attempt
The bank or the night train on medium. Aim for three stars. In between, talk through what went wrong the first time.
Wind down
Curse Road: after the teamwork, a friendly every-player-for-themselves contest. Less thinking, more shaking.
Practical notes
- The games’ interface is in Latvian only. For an international team this will not work yet; an English version is in progress.
- Every participant needs an account and their own phone. Signing up needs an invite code from the host of the room, so have it ready before the event.
- The games are designed for people in the same room. Playing over a video call has not been tested and we do not promise it works.
- There are no result reports or team statistics for the organizer — the game shows only the final screen.
